- • Attempting to access restricted areas of our website or systems
- • Violating intellectual property rights of instructors or fellow students
Service Access Requirements
To access our graphic design courses, you must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information during enrollment. Students under 18 require parental consent. All users must maintain respectful behavior and follow our academic integrity guidelines.

Account Suspension
- • Violation of terms may result in course suspension
- • Disruptive behavior affecting other students
- • Non-payment of fees according to agreed schedule

Service Availability and Modifications
Course Scheduling
We strive to maintain consistent course schedules but reserve the right to modify class times, instructors, or locations when necessary. Students will receive at least 48 hours notice of any significant changes to their enrolled courses.
Website Maintenance
Our website and online learning platforms may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance periods. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance and work to minimize disruption to your learning experience.
Feature Updates
We continuously improve our educational services and may add new features or modify existing ones. These improvements are designed to enhance your learning experience and stay current with industry standards.
Geographic Limitations
Our primary services are designed for students in Sri Lanka. Online course components may be accessible internationally, but in-person instruction and certain services are limited to our physical locations.
Intellectual Property Rights
Course Content Ownership
All course materials, including lesson plans, instructional videos, worksheets, and proprietary design techniques, remain the intellectual property of Creative Canvas Laboratory. Students receive a limited license to use these materials for personal learning purposes during their enrollment period.
Student Work Rights
Students retain ownership of original creative work produced during courses, including portfolio pieces, design projects, and personal artwork. However, Creative Canvas Laboratory reserves the right to showcase exceptional student work for promotional purposes with proper attribution and student consent.
License Grants
By enrolling in our courses, students grant Creative Canvas Laboratory a non-exclusive license to use their feedback, testimonials, and project showcases for educational and marketing purposes. This license helps us improve our courses and demonstrate the quality of education we provide.
Copyright Protection
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our students to do the same. All course participants must acknowledge the source of any external content used in assignments and avoid copyright infringement in their creative work.
Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
- • Course fees are due according to agreed payment schedule
- • Payment plans available for longer duration programs
- • All fees are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
- • Late payment fees may apply after grace period
- • Payment methods include bank transfer and cash
Refund Policy
- • Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment
- • Partial refunds considered on case-by-case basis
- • No refund for courses more than 25% completed
- • Refunds processed within 14 business days
- • Administrative fees may apply to refund requests
Terms Updates and Contact
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms of service periodically to reflect changes in our educational offerings or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
